Minimum of $20,000 in Working Capital funding (“Funding”) required (can be made in multiple draws with a minimum draw of $5,000). For eligible new clients in the State of New York, the minimum draw must be $50,000. Funding tiers are the following: Tier 1: Funding is between $20,000-$100,000; new clients are eligible for $500 Cash Back. Tier 2: Funding is between $100,000-$500,000; new clients are eligible for $1,000 Cash Back. Tier 3: Funding is more than $500,000; new clients are eligible for $5,000 Cash Back. Eligible new clients may make multiple draws within the Promotional Period to move to a higher tier and qualify for a larger Cash Back value. For eligible new clients who transact in GBP or CAD, any Cash Back value will be paid in that respective currency. Any prepayment made within 90 days of the funding date shall be subject to reimbursement and collection by SellersFunding in the amount equivalent to the Cash Back value. Cash Back will only be paid to eligible new clients after the Promotional Period ends and after collection of the first payment due. Cash Back will only be paid into the Digital Wallet. To be eligible, new clients must keep their account in good standing and without delinquency as determined solely by SellersFunding. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. Valid for direct SellersFunding new clients only (no third-party clients).
